Day Two of Lyme treatment at Sponaugle Wellness Institute

                                                               Day 2- 7/30/13

Weight: 116 (gained a couple of pounds woo, but may just be water weight)
Height: 5'5
Pain level (1 through 10): 7

-11 am: Re-did blood testing that Labcorp messed up on /sigh.
- Picked up and STARTED estrogen patch, testosterone cream, and progesterone pill.
-Detox IV drip
  •  They take blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen levels before and after IV's

  •  They do weekly labs to see if levels are improving, if there is less toxicity, and if your body started to kill bugs on its own, since the detox drips will strengthen immune system. They also will change around what is in the detox bags or what you are given dependent on what your testing is saying and how you are responding.

  •  Each detox drip is tailored specifically to each patients biochemistry, nutrient and chemical deficiencies, and needs.

  •  Detox drips are given the first week or so to clear out toxins and calm the brain down, since most of our (patients) brains are over-electrified and over stimulated from toxins, excess glutamate, the various bacteria, and mold toxicity.

-Started taking supplement regimen today
-Called up to make apt for colonics (gross)

-Handful of mixed organic lettuce/greens
-Celery /w peanut butter.
- 2 kosher hot dogs, no bun, no condiments
-v8 juice
-fries w/ sea salt- baked

So yeah I didn't eat that much or too great. Its hard to eat. I'm finding some good alternatives though, like some healthy sugar free home-made health shakes to substitute for meals.

At labcorp, I hate getting blood taken:

Daily assessment you fill out at each appointment (which is every day, except weekends):

Hanging out, getting my IV's and trying to read Lord of the Rings, but I felt too sick to read:

First estrogen patch today, I have to change every 3-4 days.

The reason I am able to go to this treatment center is because of the kindness of strangers, family, and friends who have donated towards the cost. I am still in dire need of donations. If you can, please share my donation page on your Facebook, websites, family/friends, really wherever you can! Here is the page: www.youcaring.com/curesarah
