- This busts open the biofilm that surrounds the lyme bacteria.
- Now that the biofilm is being opened, the antibiotic can come in and kill the bacteria.
- The biofilm protects the bacteria and anything else sucked into it. So it makes it antibiotic resistant. Unless you break this biofilm open, then being pumped with antibiotics renders useless because it wont get through the protective coating.
- This is why majority of us chronic lymies have gone through intense antibiotic therapy and are still very sick.
NEW PRESCRIPTION: Lactolose. I have high levels on ammonia, its kind of on that border of it becoming a real problem and damaging my liver. So this lactolose draws out the ammonia. When you are killing bacteria, the bad bacteria releases a lot of ammonia. So it is important to decrease those ammonia levels.
I'm in a major kill right now so I feel terrible. This is expected.

I'm glad that I'm feeling so terrible. I hope I'm really busting biofilm and killing these bugs.
I gave a fellow patient, Rachel, some almond bread that I baked for her last night. She is having tons of stomach problems like me and one of the few foods I could tolerate was the almond flour bread that I bake. Now I am able to eat a little more varied foods.
This poor woman named Jen has been dry heaving everyday. So I was done with my drip and she started dry heaving and her heart was going crazy and she was slumped over and looked so terrible. So I clamped my bag and picc line, unhooked myself, and went over to her and held her hand. I comforted her for a while and then got the nurses attention so she can be given some medication to help her. Poor thing.
