Day 32 at Sponaugle Wellness Institute:

                            Day 32- 9/11/13

9 AM: Changed estrogen patches

10:15 AM: Upper Cervical Chiropractor

  • We looked at my x-ray post adjustment and I moved 2 degrees! My lower neck is now normal. So this is very exciting that my spine is adjusting easily. She didn't even need to do an adjustment today and gave me a special pillow that supports the neck and also helps create that natural curve in the neck. My neck does not have this curve, it actually is buckled forward.

NOON: Second bag of Kill drip. This was a higher dose.
  •  They gave me an extra bag of fluids and a glutathione push because I was feeling extra crappy.
  • I feel flu-like, tired, sick, and over-electrified.
